Annual Havasu Island Balloon Festival and Fair

The 2015 Balloon Festival is now history.  Three perfect days of ballooning weather.  

 

This annual event is a collaborative effort of the Rotary and Lions Clubs in Lake Havasu.  Their efforts put over $90,000 back into the community in 2014 through donations given to local non-profits.  It appears likely the 2015 event profits will surpass all prior years!  Each participating Rotary and Lions Club will receive a proportionate share to give back to the community through local charities.  

 

The festival is truly a community partnership.  the number of community volunteers continues to grow each year.  If you'd like to volunteer in 2016, watch for opportunities on the Havasu Island Balloon Festival website.

It is amazing how much good can be accomplished when it doesn't matter who gets the credit!
