May 18 Meeting Highlights

At our May 18 meeting, we heard from students of the month, enjoyed an enthusiastic Sgt at Arms program led by Don Klostermeier. It has nice to again see Carl Jackson attending our meetings more regularly - especially since he contributes happy bucks nearly every time.

The club was treated to abbreviated information about the Hemme's trip to India when they presented President Gary with a spear given to them by one of the tribes benefiting from one of the water well projects our club has helped support.

The program was presented by Jim Salscheider, from the Marine Association. Jim shared some anecdotal stories illustrating "The Feds Move to Expand the No Wake Zone" on Lake Havasu.
