Doug Hardy Named Rotarian of the Year

Doug Hardy was recognized for his contribution in the area of Membership in 2013, but also for his key leadership role in the success of the Full Throttle Harley dinner and raffle.  Doug has found time for Rotary service while dealing with some difficult personal challenges.
